OstroVit Resveratrol is a dietary supplement designed for vegans. It contains ⛩ Japanese knotweed root extract, 300 mg, standardised to 50% trans-resveratrol. Among other things, resveratrol supports the proper functioning of the cardiovascular system, lowers blood glucose levels, acts as an antioxidant and may also contribute to fat reduction 😍. Our testers noted that despite the small size of the capsules, which are easy to swallow, the taste left much to be desired. A great many people were also unhappy with the sizable plastic packaging, half empty in addition. They considered it unnecessary and not environmentally friendly, making it even more difficult to carry around, for example in a handbag. In addition, the supplement contains a lot of allergens. Its big advantage is its favourable price, but the low level of standardisation must be taken into account.

Nevertheless, the effectiveness of this vegan supplement is at a high level. Taking it raises levels of good cholesterol, supports the health of the heart and circulatory system and helps the body's cells to fight free radicals ✌️. One capsule contains 250 mg of resveratrol, with the manufacturer recommending the consumption of two capsules per day. Possibly due to this potent effect, some of our testers admitted that they experienced slight headaches for the first few days of taking the supplement 🤕. A minus from the testers the Aliness supplement got for the fillers present in the formulation.

The source of resveratrol is an extract from the skins of the 🍇 vine proper. However, our testers pointed out the lack of information regarding the standardisation of the extract. They were also not satisfied with the resveratrol content in the daily serving (2 capsules), which is 100 mg. There were also opinions that the dosage of the supplement is difficult due to taking one capsule twice a day. A big plus, however, was given to Resveratrol Skoczylas for its dark packaging, which protects the contents from harmful external factors ☀️.
