Elmex anti-caries mouthwash is our next suggestion. Elmex mouthwash freshens the breath and has a very delicate, characteristic taste 😊. Although we placed it in second place in our ranking, there is quite a difference between the frequently chosen Elmex and Smilebite 🤔. First of all, the composition is not as natural as in the No. 1 position. Elemex bases its action on ingredients of chemical origin ⚗️. In addition to antibacterial and refreshing components, the label also contains fluoride, which protects the enamel from decay. To achieve the expected results, you should rinse your mouth at least once for 1 minute, at least 2 times a day. Mouthwash is available in most drugstores, but for a product with an average composition, its price is quite high.

Eludril Classic is a very powerful mouthwash. It is mainly recommended after dental procedures such as extraction 😬. It relieves pain, inflammation, kills bacteria and freshens breath. Our testers noticed a very high alcohol 🧐 content, which makes the product have an irritating, alcoholic taste and smell. Its use is not the most convenient – the mouthwash has to be mixed with water. The manufacturer points out that the product is unsuitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women. In our opinion, it is also too strong for daily use 👎. Our testers used a 200 ml pack, which ran out very quickly.

Colgate Plax Tea & Lemon is an oral lotion with a distinctive citrus 🍋 flavor. For some of our testers, it was pleasant, but there was also a large group who did not like the lemon and tea flavor and simply did not match the mouthwash 🤔. The effectiveness of the liquid was described by our testers as average. The product freshens the breath, but its effect is short-lived. The liquid is available at an attractive price 💰 and is very efficient, but it does not do "anything good" for the teeth, does not protect them, does not make them shiny. To freshen your breath, the manufacturer recommends rinsing your teeth for at least 60 seconds. In our opinion, it is better to pay a little more, achieving more beneficial results – for a more beautiful smile.

Listerine Cool Mint is a very popular drugstore mouthwash 💋. It is available in most convenience stores at an affordable price. It intensively freshens the breath, but this effect is not long-lasting ⌛. Listerine is based on chemical ingredients. The high alcohol content is responsible for the unpleasant aftertaste. Mouthwash can cause stinging of irritated gums and dry out the mucous membranes. The package contains as much as 500 ml, but some of our testers were not able to use the entire package due to the aforementioned pinching of the palate and gums 🤨. Listerine kills bacteria to help deal with bad breath, but it does not have a positive effect on the condition of teeth. According to our testers, the product is effective, but its use is not pleasant.
